Seasonal market cuisine and suggestions based on Ariège products in this restaurant with a pretty terrace on a small square.
Behind the Palais de Justice, O'Gustus is a little address that has been a favorite of ours ever since it opened. Vincent Duplaa, the chef, prepares market cuisine with sunny dishes and specialties from his native Ariège: pâtés, hams and charcuterie, crispy duck confit, black pudding and pig cheeks. Also on the menu: beef carpaccio with wild garlic or creamy risotto with Espelette pepper and saffron. New: just next door, a grocery store with your favorite products, pâtés, cassoulet and other delicacies from the South-West.

Déjeuner à deux avec ma compagne, très bonne ambiance, des bières locales et un plat du jour incroyable, je rêve encore des shiitake!

L’été on peut profiter d’une terrasse à l’ombre des platanes, des plats de saison et produits frais!
