traditional cuisine to enjoy on the terrace near the cinema Le Cézanne
Ember, brooch and wood-burning oven are the three cooking methods in the spotlight in this new friendly and gourmet space right next to the Le Cézanne cinema. This is Ronan Kernen's new address, but he still runs on the kitchen of Côté Cour not far away on Cours Mirabeau. The philosophy of this new place is to enjoy the present moment around a traditional cuisine. We enjoy in advance only at the sight of a meat that turns slowly on the spit and gradually gilds. We get seated in a fully glazed row that overlooks the flowered terrace. Of course, we prefer staying outside on sunny days.
