Continuous service in a design restaurant with terrace offering menus based on fresh produce in Aix-en-Provence.
Here is a complete address! Novo opens from 7 a. m. in the morning - design room and terrace on the sidewalk (heated in winter for smokers) - to serve coffees and full breakfasts with pastries, toast, pressed fruit. From a. m. to p. m., tables are prepared for lunch with the dish of the day, large original salads such as the horn of abundance (sheet of brick, Saint-Jacques and cherry tomatoes on a bed of broccoli and its vanilla cream), octopus of octopus on bed of onions candied in balsamic vinegar or fresh pasta (delicious linguini caramel-gorgonzola) and nice wines with glass. A wine bar (80 references), wines from the region are represented, but also from Spain, Chile, Portugal, the USA, Argentina… The products are fresh, seasonal. Homemade desserts, the perfect gourmet coffee with its champagne. The atmosphere is just plugged right. Then we go to the happy hours with bottled of beer and cheap sodas. In the evening, place at the tapas restaurant ()! On Saturday, the party sometimes extends until 2 a. m. in the morning with the Novo apéromix.
