Ronan Kernen's inventive cuisine based on market products
A discreet entrance on the Cours Mirabeau for a very gourmet moment. Chef Ronan Kernen and his team delight us. In an inner courtyard, a few tables outside for fine weather and all year round, a chic and trendy winter garden. Depending on the season, you can choose from a menu of turbot and St. Pierre, a revisited bouillabaisse, or, in autumn, porcini mushrooms, truffles, sweetbreads and crayfish, or crispy lamb shoulder with roasted figs, or red tuna with ponzu soy sauce. For dessert, try the warm chocolate mousse with caramelized hazelnuts and tonka ice cream. The same chef but a different atmosphere at La Petite ferme and Le Petit Prince!
