traditional cuisine based on fresh market produce in a bistro-style restaurant
This restaurant located on the pretty little Ramus square (between Bédarrides and de la Verrerie streets) is part of a deliberately simple and bistro atmosphere, very pleasant. The atmosphere becomes more intimate at night, with soft lights and a pleasant musical background, a bit jazzy. On the menu, a traditional cuisine revisited. Burgers, fresh pasta and ratatouille, soft boiled eggs and foie gras mouillettes, etc. At lunchtime, enjoy suggestions based on very fresh produce from the market and a choice of meal salads. The meat is excellent, coming directly from the butcher's shop at the Palais, and the products are fresh. A good time in perspective.
