Suggestions of the moment include: Mediterranean salad with salmon, scallops and prawns, Simmental beef steak, homemade fries and mesclun, homemade burger (minced meat and bacon cheese), roasted wolf fillet with roasted rice, grilled vegetables or tuna tataki and risotto. For dessert: caramel chocolate fondant with salted butter and vanilla ice cream, coffee or gourmet tea. Also fresh pasta and pizza menu.
