Aurélien and Alexander, the leader, have taken over the brewery of the Republic for just a year. You will take place in a cozy bistro style or, in the beautiful days, at the back of the brewery where a beautiful tree-lined patio is located, sheltered from the noise of the street. Alexander works for fresh produce. Daily, a suggestion and a dish of the day changing. The card is on the slate. This afternoon: The supreme of poultry cream and safrané rice to courgettes, home hamburger (even bread!) to finish a lemon pie on Breton sand or with a cream burned in orange flower. A nice address.
