Home cooking with fresh produce in a friendly bistro

The street isn't very busy, but it's well worth the detour to sit down in this friendly, gourmet bistro. Vaulted stone walls, bottles of red wine arranged on shelves on the walls, tables covered with a red gingham tablecloth. So much for the decor of this intimate bistro with a warm welcome. Simple but hearty home cooking using only the freshest ingredients. Suggestions of the moment: mimosa eggs, veal blanquette, homemade terrine, rice pudding or chocolate mousse based on grandma's recipes. A welcome return to childhood!

S’il existe des normes, c’est que derrière il y a des vies ! Je n’ai pas choisi d’être en fauteuil roulant et ne pouvoir accéder à un restaurant en raison de ma santé est inadmissible ! Vous accepteriez, vous, de ne pouvoir entrer et que la serveuse vous réponde comme si c’était un sujet sans aucune importance ? C’est une obligation légale depuis 2006 et il y a des rampes amovibles qui ne coûtent pas cher sur internet. Si vous ne voulez pas que je porte plainte, je vous conseille de faire vite.

Simply exquisite. Absolutely a meal we will never forget! We are still thinking about it…. There's no service in the restaurant so you can't look up what's in the dishes; order them anyway cause they were all amazing! Ginormous jar of cornichons was a highlight. Any jar of cornichons can be a personal jar of cornichons if you believe in yourself ????
