This new restaurant follows in the footsteps of the bouillons in Paris, popular restaurants that appeared in 1854, offering comfort food at affordable prices. Angélique has taken inspiration from this concept, with a short menu featuring local dishes, simple, traditional cuisine and very modest prices. An Art Nouveau-style fresco sets the tone right from the entrance, with bistro-style tables and chairs, a counter, white crockery and Duralex cups - you don't have to go to Paname to get a taste of the convivial atmosphere for which bouillons are renowned
