Brunch in a central café with terrace in front of the courthouse
Facing the courthouse, this central café, which looks like a bistro, is very popular with the people of Aix. You can simply have a drink or enjoy brunch in the morning on the Place de Verdun, which gave its name to this establishment. The brunch offers a hot drink of your choice, fruit juice, buttered bread and pastries, a plate of cheeses, ham eggs and even a cup of cottage cheese! A real meal.... Then it's time for the restoration. At noon, its classics on slate, on Monday: monkfish bourride, on Wednesday: homemade paella, on Friday: garlic, on Saturday: the chef's burger. On the very wide menu: meal salads, a wide variety of meats, bruschettas, verrine with three salmon, feet packages with marseillaise, filet of sea bream just roasted, mussels and chips... The desserts are homemade! The service is friendly and efficient. Whether on the covered terrace or outdoors, it is the guarantee of a good time.

Le personnel efficace et extrêmement aimable et professionnel. La taille de la table ou nous avons mangé était un peu juste.
Mais le repas a eut lieu en janvier et donc à l'intérieur. On a toujours plaisir à manger au verdun.
