Brunch in a central café with terrace in front of the courthouse
Facing the courthouse, this central café, which looks like a bistro, is very popular with the people of Aix. You can simply have a drink or enjoy brunch in the morning on the Place de Verdun, which gave its name to this establishment. The brunch offers a hot drink of your choice, fruit juice, buttered bread and pastries, a plate of cheeses, ham eggs and even a cup of cottage cheese! A real meal.... Then it's time for the restoration. At noon, its classics on slate, on Monday: monkfish bourride, on Wednesday: homemade paella, on Friday: garlic, on Saturday: the chef's burger. On the very wide menu: meal salads, a wide variety of meats, bruschettas, verrine with three salmon, feet packages with marseillaise, filet of sea bream just roasted, mussels and chips...
