Convivial restaurant located a stone's throw from the Place des Tanneurs offering affordable seasonal cuisine in Aix-en-Provence.
Petit Verdot is first a grape planted since the 1980 s in the properties of Médoc. In Aix, this is the jogolo name of this recently picked wine bar. Just a stone's throw from the Tanneurs Square, the place is intimate and friendly, a little like the lyonian caps or Italian wine bars. On the kitchen side, it is good, affordable and nice with a card that regularly changes according to the season. At the moment: Artichoke of artichoke, homemade foie gras, chutney apricot Timut, pulp of eggplant garlic and mint, lamb of lamb braided for more than 7 h, plays pork candies candied meat and flower honey, saint stone to vanilla oil and to finish one tasty cream with saffron.
