Ever since Anthony Marras and his partner Asteria opened their restaurant, history with a capital H has been on the menu. Anthony draws his inspiration from the favorite dishes of France's kings and grandees. The titles speak for themselves: L'Huître Louis XIV, Pommes Dauphines and Chocolat Louis XV, Veau Marengo sauce Napoléon, Homard royal, but also Potage à la Reine and Escargots Talleyrand! Everything is perfect, right down to the mignardises served with the coffee, in this case the famous homemade fruit jellies.
