Les Caves Henri 4 is a gourmet restaurant located in Aix-en-Provence's bustling Espariat shopping street, a stone's throw from the Cours Mirabeau. Chef Thomas Roret and Julien Chevallier invite you to enjoy a memorable culinary experience in this historic and elegant venue, housed in vaulted cellars dating back to 1495. You'll discover authentic flavors and taste creative dishes. The "En Terre Aixoise" menu promises a six-stage gustatory journey, where each dish is a celebration of local, seasonal produce. There's an appetizer, seasonal freshness in the countryside and in the water, cheese, pre-dessert and pastries. For example, you can opt for veal medallion with sweet potato velvet and flat-leaf parsley licorice veil. Or try turbot en filet façon meunière with potato caramel, mango, red bell pepper, chervil and eggplant. For something a little sweeter, try rhubarb compote with candied strips of poppy, ginger and verbena foam, and tangy ice cubes. An unforgettable address in Aix-en-Provence!
