Séjour dans l’établissement très agréable. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins que ce soit de l’accueil jusqu’au service du petit déjeuner avec Siheme. Je recommande fortement pour un séjour professionnel ou même personnel. Les installations fitness, spa et extérieures sont très appréciables.

Petit déjeuner suite à notre nuit dans l’hôtel, tout était parfait et mention spéciale à notre hôtesse d’accueil Siheme qui a été souriante et très professionnelle.

Cet hôtel 5☆ a tout pour plaire.
Du spa avec piscine, hammam, massage (possible en duo), piscine extérieure lorsque la météo le permet.

Nous avions convenu d'une chambre panoramique, nous avons finalement été surclassé dans une suite ! Merveilleux ! On s'y perdrait !

Bien entendu le luxe se paie.

Brunch de qualité et goûteux mais ce qui m'a le plus marqué c'est la haute qualité de service que je n'avais pas connu dans un établissement depuis bien longtemps ! Le service est parfait, politesse assurée et un sens du service client, imparable. Bravo au Responsable de salle et à son équipe ce jour (Dimanche 14/01) ! Mention spéciale à notre serveur attitré qui a fait preuve d'une bonne humeur très appréciable et qui mérite d'être reconnu.
