Located in the heart of downtown between La Rotonde and Sectius, this bistronomic restaurant honors local products. Jérémy Martinez has taken the reins in the kitchen, and his recipes are creative, the flavors manifold, the seasonings well chosen and the plates generous. Fish from local fisheries, meats from the Alps including Sisteron lamb, local cereals, fruit and vegetables are featured on seasonal menus. There's also an unusual menu featuring hemp flowers and cbd, to discover.... Attractive wine list. Nice setting and friendly atmosphere.

Nous venions régulièrement vu que nous apprécions votre cuisine, mais vu votre comportement et votre irrespect total samedi dernier, c'était bien la dernière fois pour nous. Et ne prenez pas de réservations tardives si vous n'arrivez pas à suivre.
