Located in the heart of downtown between La Rotonde and Sectius, this bistronomic restaurant honors local products. Jérémy Martinez has taken the reins in the kitchen, and his recipes are creative, the flavors manifold, the seasonings well chosen and the plates generous. Fish from local fisheries, meats from the Alps including Sisteron lamb, local cereals, fruit and vegetables are featured on seasonal menus. There's also an unusual menu featuring hemp flowers and cbd, to discover.... Attractive wine list. Nice setting and friendly atmosphere.

A refaire aux grès des saisons.
Nous y reviendrons, c est certain.
De l'entrée au dessert,les assiettes étaient vraiment belles,bonnes et copieuses. Tout était très bien cuisiné,frais et de saison.
Pour terminer votre repas, un rhum préparé (au choix) est offert.
Nous avons adoré l'ambiance musicale en fond sonore, la déco du restaurant et le service qui était au top.
C'était vraiment une très belle découverte et en plus d'en parler autour de nous, nous y retournerons.
