Here's an Aix-en-Provence restaurant that will delight lovers of market cuisine, tapas and the good atmosphere that goes with it. Flavien Panaiva has the enthusiasm of a young chef making his mark. He works with seasonal vegetables in original recipes, young shoots and condiments contribute to the aesthetics and flavors of the plate, and meat and fish are well regarded. His Nutella, hazelnut, mascarpone and meringue dessert is a real treat! There's no doubt that this address will gradually establish itself on the local bistronomic scene.

J'ai effectué une réservation il y a 11j pour 4 personnes. 1h avant j'ai eu la désagréable surprise de voir ma réservation annulée. J'appelle le restaurant qui m'explique qu'ils sont complet et qu'ils ont dû annuler les réservation faites "au dernier moment". J' ai à peine eu le temps de répondre à cette assertion que l'on m'a raccroché au nez !!! J'ai pourtant été très correcte et nous nous retrouvons fort embrassés un samedi soir. Les photos peuvent en attester. J'ai rarement vu un tel manque de professionnalisme ...

De passage sur Aix-en-Provence je recommande ce restaurant à 100 %. Une cuisine juste fabuleuse, une ambiance comme à la maison. Le combo parfait pour passer une superbe soirée. Merci encore, nous reviendrons ????
