Located just a stone's throw from the town center, with parking, this restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner. In homage to his grandfather (Opère), chef Max Frobel offers a warm and inviting cuisine reminiscent of family homes. Using local and organic produce, the approach is deliberately respectful of the environment and those who work there. The smell of hot dishes whets the appetite as soon as you arrive, from braised veal onglet or confit shoulder of lamb to traditional desserts - île flottante or chou chocolat, everything is done to feel the terroir in its sweetest aspects. Tip: we love the €23 weekday lunch menu!
