A 2024 address in Aix brought to life by two young people who love the family atmosphere of large tables and simple cuisine.
Damien is a former picker who used to transform harvests into grocery products, so he knows where the ingredients for his dishes come from, and has mastered the Fork to Fork cycle! After running a table d'hôte, he embarked on the adventure of the plate in Aix-en-Provence, to the delight of his first customers. Here, a large table (seating 12) makes it possible to offer fine family meals for special occasions. It's all about local cuisine, with a regularly-changing menu of the day.
