CAMPING CHANTECLER * * * *
Catering, entertainment and various activities in a campsite about twenty minutes walk from
Set in 10 hectares of greenery, just a twenty-minute walk from historic Old Aix, this is a very comfortable campsite: wooded chalets and mobile homes for 2 to 6 people, often with a small garden and terrace, but also pitches for tents or caravans. There's plenty of entertainment in the evenings in summer, but those who don't like it don't have to join in... And if you fancy a swim in the Grande Bleue: Marseille and Cassis are only 30 minutes away. Reservations for a minimum of one week, and monthly only in low season.

The site is run down and needs a good tidy up. I'm surprised that all the undergrowth and the bushes haven't been tidied up to prevent fires.
The toilet block was OK and had just been cleaned when we got back late afternoon. However the bins were full in the evening and hadn't been emptied before we left in the morning.
Swimming pool was over the far corner so I don't know if it was open or not.
It's within walking distance of Aix en Provence so we went there for a couple of hours.
Location meant we paid the 36euros to stay there but we would have stayed elsewhere if we could.
À part cela personnel masculin rébarbatif, emplacement tenant du terrain vague, coût exorbitant et.. Pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours sans excuse ni explication. Bref camping à éviter
