The approach is original. Since 1982, the Montperrin Psychiatric Hospital has a place of contemporary art that welcomes artists in creative residence, offers workshops, exhibitions and shows. A sensitive and interesting site where art and "madness" intersect. On the margin… It's about mutual enrichment, questioning, moving, exchanging, interacting. Plastic arts, contemporary theatre, video, photography workshops, painting, writing, dance, sculpture, modelling… caters to all, artists, sick, art lovers, beginners. Each year, the gallery exhibits several exhibitions of artists who are sometimes unfamiliar, but whose work is always subject to relevant aesthetic and social reflection.
