CAFÉ DU PALAIS
One comes here for the morning black breakfast while reading the newspaper or for a more copious breakfast with pastries, bread and jam. Later in the day, when the restaurant's tables are empty, we meet for a tea, a cappuccino or a Viennese chocolate, a fruit juice or a soda. At the end of the afternoon or at cocktail time, wine by the glass, cocktails with or without alcohol, and in the evening, we sit down with friends. The Brasserie-glacier du Palais has recently undergone a facelift, with a soft, olive leaf green color, a classic modernity bias. Here we are in the renovated heart of Aix, terrace with a view on the courthouse.
