LA CHIMÈRE
A rococo decor for this address popular with Aix inhabitants. It's both a restaurant (see what we say about it – positive – in our section "restaurant"), a wine bar displaying beautiful labels, a cocktail bar and there is Emmanuel Dalarun who runs skilfully the address, and it's also a spirits bar. A selection of rums, gins and an about good forty whiskies, some of which are still unknown. We accompany all of this with homemade tapas. On weekends, the ambiance is warm for those who likes to party. We can dance in rhythm, and if there is not enough space on the ground, some people do not hesitate to climb on the countertop!
