SANCTUARY COFFEE & KITCHEN
It was in the midst of a confinement on a December day in 2020 that Pierre and Ghislaine had the idea of opening a cosy and luminous refuge to meet up with friends, have lunch with colleagues or brunch with the family. The Mediterranean atmosphere - whitewashed walls, cushions on a stone bench and a canisse roof - takes us on a journey, as do the dishes and drinks on offer: speciality bread bagnat and burger (from the Maison Saint-Honoré), "le sanctuary", homemade veggie steak, onion chutney, vegan mature cheddar and heirloom tomatoes. As for drinks, from organic coffee from Brazil to Pukka tea, including smothies and fruit juices or iced teas, everything is organic and homemade!
