Maison Weibel, on the corner of rue Chabrier, is part patisserie, part tearoom, an Aix institution since 1954. Take a gourmet break in one of Aix's finest pastry shops! Weibel is known for its exquisite choux pastries, amandines, gâteau à la brousse, mille-feuilles and Castel praliné, one of the house's great classics... For breakfast, tea or Sunday brunch, if there's room, sit inside or on the small terrace in the lively pedestrian street along the two façades.
