A not-to-be-missed event. The most renowned master santonniers, including Santonnier Fouque since 1934, are present.
If there is a regional tradition well anchored, it is that of the santons of Provence whose know-how is ancestral. For Christmas, they nestle in the crib, often inherited from grandparents, and that each year we embellish with new figurines, characters and animals. This fair is an unmissable event. The most famous santonniers, including the Santonnier Fouque since 1934, Jouve or Richard, are present. Their workshops can be visited all year round. A mass of santonniers celebrated in Provencal accompanies the inauguration of the fair.
