At the origin of the case is Biomix and Terre Active, two pioneering aixoises associations in the field of electronic music and multimedia arts. Since 2007, Second nature has developed an ambitious environmental initiative for these artistic practices in the digital age. Set on the ground floor of the ancient Spend Theatre, the Second Nature boasts an eclectic and multi-disciplinary area, which has become a place of digital culture in Aix. Here you find a multiple contemporary site: Exhibition room, counter where drink or coffee, specialized bookshop, place of training (courses, courses), concerts, film screenings… At last, the site hosts the Second Nature festival (June), at the crossroads of sound, visual arts, plastic…
