L’ATELIER DU CONFISEUR
The manufacture of the calisson will have (almost) no more secrets for you if you follow the Confectioner's Workshop initiated by the confectionery of Roy René. With the help and advice of the confectionary master, you will work the ingredients, almonds and melon candies, and then shape the famous small lodges on a traditional machine, as the calissonnics of the factory do daily, the road of Avignon. The workshop lasts 2 hours, and you go with your calissounds, of course. And don't miss them out of the plate when they're still hot, it's a delight! A gourmet workshop to share between friends or family.
