LA VILLA DES CHEFS
In the Aix countryside, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the Villa des Chefs, a charming villa and cooking school opened in 2008 by Karine Lauthier, a native of Aix, invites you to great moments of gastronomy and conviviality. More than 40 chefs, some of whom are starred, master restaurateurs, teachers from hotel schools, great sommeliers and pastry chefs will take turns at the stove. The chefs who work in this villa currently have more than 30 Michelin stars. Depending on the schedule, Bryan Esposito, Vincent Poëtte, the pastry chef Graziella Augier, among others, will accompany you to create a refined, even very refined menu. The must: the 4-day course, with a different chef every day. Needless to say, the proposed menus are composed with fresh quality products and are absolutely brilliant. Something to impress your future guests! And whether you learn to work with strawberries or foie gras from the Landes, salmon or lavender mousse, Menton lemon or Crau lamb, it is always with respect for the product. Also on the program are tasting courses in the Oenophile Club.
