Established in the 1990 s, the Departmental Council on Access to Law (CDAD) was created to know our rights and obligations, to assert them and to execute them. This national system of assistance to persons allows to meet at the House of Justice and the Law, where necessary, lawyers, notaries, lawyers, conciliators, ushers and other social actors. These professionals of justice and law are present in several towns of the Bouches-du-Rhône including Aix-en-Provence for optimal accompaniment in these administrative procedures, including accompaniment in eviction procedures, overindebtedness commissions or commercial disputes. This is real citizen assistance.
