The thirty-one apartments are located in a beautiful new residence on the edge of the circular boulevard, two steps from the Cours Mirabeau and all amenities. Two and three pieces for rent (but attention to the waiting list). Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen as the hotel does not have a restaurant. On the ground floor there is a laundry, but also a large air-conditioned lounge where every day the governess organizes a snack. From time to time, the salon is animated by a cultural show: singers, theatre, music, or the holding of a memory workshop. A place that lives! Note the welcome greeting of the governess.
