This residence was built years ago in the heart of a residential area in a carefully maintained landscaped park. Four small modern buildings connected to a club house, with living room and dining room, make up the complex. All the apartments have a loggia or a shaded and shaded garden. The studios or three rooms are in co-ownership or to rent, but of course everything depends on the availability of the moment. The restaurant is accessible to visitors and meals can also be delivered at home. A nurse ensures a 24-hour time limit for emergencies. Myriam Sambon, the director, listens to her residents and offers them many activities: accompanying outings, cultural activities on site (concerts, conferences, library…). The facility is accessible by public transport, but many residents have their own vehicle. In short, a place where it makes good living on the outskirts of Cézanne's landscape, and just steps from the city centre.
