WATER WALL OF SEXTIUS-MIRABEAU

A superb and impressive water wall at the edge of the Sextius-Mirabeau district, the largest urban water wall in Europe.
At one of the entrances to the city is the largest urban water wall in Europe, created by the French designer Christian Ghion. The water flows over 700 square meters with a maximum drop of 17 meters high, in a closed circuit (recycled water from the city). It is beautiful, bold, refreshing and illuminated at night. It is located at the edge of the Sextius-Mirabeau district, completed in 2007. This wall of water is the counterpart of Patrick Blanc's plant wall, created on the other side of the same bridge.
