Pastry, chocolate and tea room entirely vegan.
Mathilde and Quentin Béchard have decided to make only 100% vegan in their pastry-cum-chocolate-tea room. They also have a nice gluten-free pastry section. It's refined and full of delicate flavours. Lemon, caramel or pear cake, with the less classic taste of matcha, black sesame, sakura or kidney bean? The croissants are melting and crunchy, and the chocolate candies are full of delicacy. The young pastry chef Quentin is not lacking in inventiveness and know-how. Moulded lavender candies or old-fashioned pralines, a whole range of chocolates is being explored, including a maple nougat. An address that will please greedy vegans! Orders can be placed for receptions, and discovery workshops are possible.
