LE LOPIN DE ROBIN
Country grocery store in Aix en Provence. Sale of products from local agriculture
Robin, the young grocer, only sells products from local, organic and/or sustainable agriculture, from the short circuit of less than 150 km; he knows well the producers with whom he works because he was the manager of the Cooperative in Sisteron and he goes there twice a week to get his cheeses, the delicatessen, the jams and the honey from the Alpes de Haute Provence. For the fruits and vegetables in season, he gets his supplies from the market gardeners of the 04 region, but also in the 05, the Bouches-du-Rhône and the Vaucluse. There is a section of products in bulk: spelt, chickpeas, rice, pasta... There is also a section dedicated to meat directly from a breeder in Tallard who controls the chain from A to Z until it is vacuum-packed. And Robin is very well placed in price, less expensive than elsewhere for quality products whose traceability is guaranteed.
