The scent around the Monsieur Praline boutique is reminiscent of the beach darlings of our childhood, the caramelized sugar-coated peanuts that were a delight for young and old alike. Crunchy and not very sweet, these sweet little treats are also available in a savoury version - with chilli, truffles, herbes de Provence and fleur de sel. Carefully selected almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, pecans and macadamias are processed in the adjoining lab. Sold in cones and also in attractive round tins. You can also taste them before choosing from the thirty or so flavors available
