Four generations of calissonniers have already succeeded in this house, the origin of which dates back to 1842. Today Janine Genis continues the family adventure. The manufacturing workshop is behind the shop. This confectionery is one of the nine members of the union of Calissons manufacturers of Aix. It works in the old and in the rules of art (irreproachable products and know-how of the craftsman) of calissons and biscotins. Marco, the calissonnier, is in the book and manufactures the biscotins according to the needs with a hand machine. For the little story, there are only three of them in Aix to manufacture it in this way. On the margins of the house's two flagship products, confectionery will spoil you with homemade chocolates, sweets and pastries. The reception of Janine Genis and Marco is still charming.
