A new ice cream parlour a stone's throw from Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, at the bottom of Rue Gaston de Saporta. Based on a family tradition, this ice cream parlour develops its artisanal ice creams using products straight from the island: melon from Biguglia, organic pomelo from San Nicolas, mint from Cap Corse, candied citron from Soveria or canistrelli from Zilia. Ice creams with flavor and character that take us on a pleasant, gentle journey. In addition to cones and pots (large and small), you can also get ice creams in sticks, in a half- or one-liter isothermal box, or in verrines. Looking for a dessert idea?
