Two Aix addresses for this atypical artisanal ice cream maker, which offers some twenty different flavors, from classic strawberry, chocolate, hazelnut, rum raisin and Bourbon vanilla to fruity melon, pineapple, lychee... served in cups or cones, but, above all, its real added value lies in the ice cream cakes created in trompe-l'œil by the pastry chef - pavlova, tiramisu, cookies, vacherin, logs and entremets. All made in the rue d'Italie lab. Terrace seating on rue Espariat and indoor seating on rue d'Italie.
