PHILIPPE FAUR
Here the differences are the quality, choice, originality and, in particular, the requirement of the master craftsman Philippe Faur who received the Grand Prize for Innovation in 2007. Philippe discovered his craft at the age of ten thanks to his father, creator of a manufacturing laboratory. He then forms, among others, at Lenôtre. Today, he has been able to surround himself with the largest houses to supply raw materials. According to its philosophy and know-how, recognized in many regions of France, everything is natural, without coloring, preservatives, flavors or artificial aroma. Sixteen perfumes for sorbets with 90% fruit and twenty-four for ice cream. Salty creams and sorbets are to be discovered on order: Foie gras, mustard, roquefort, vinegar, but also salmon, basil. Perfumes that are not found elsewhere: violet and calissons of Aix in partnership with King René. In pot, in cornet, in milkshake, everything is famous like this house. The reception is lovely!
