Brice Del Vecchio, an artisan pastry chef and chocolatier, opened these two out-of-the-way addresses after perfecting his training, notably with Philippe Segond, whose pastry shop is an institution in Aix. Entremets, revisited classics, macaroons, mignardises and chocolate specialties, as well as marshmallows, are all tempting: the "petit futé" only took a bite out of the praline rock after tasting the apricot Paris Brest, that's saying something! In summer, there is a wide choice of ice creams and sorbets, and all year round, we can make cakes and pastries for receptions. Everything is made in the lab next to the pastry shop of La Barque in the town of Fuveau. Tearoom to taste on the spot.
