Colourful, acidulous, Sparkling boutique is a gourmet invitation. These macaroons also. Caroline Arnaud, pastry craftsman, and Damien Coignard, cook, worked in @ restaurants before joining in 2008 to base this shop shop. Their small artisanal business is a success.
