Maixent Dubois is passionate about soil and plants, and has set himself a major challenge: to create a quality pastis and make it known. Over here, the drink has such a symbolic value that the subject is sensitive, yet his talent manages to make people forget the pressure of this key element of the Provencal table. Certificate of authenticity: the hand-picked plants are harvested at the foot of Sainte-Victoire! Three cuvées are currently available: Pastis Garagaï (licorice), Pastis Mediterrà (saffron) and Pastis Baou (various plants).
