The third store of the exhibition after that of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Avignon, the shop offers well-known tapenades tapenades in the region. The interior is finely decorated and extremely bright. From green, black, nature or flavoured, olives, anchoïade, dried tomatoes, pistou… available in tasting. Also a pretty range of cooked dishes, from the pistou soup to the riste of aubergines, from the soup of fish to the ratatouille, without forgetting the olive oil that monopolises a pan of wall on its own.
