LE JARDIN DE MANON
Since 2004, Manon has been growing biodynamic vegetables and fruit in Éguilles and selling them at the Aix and Puyricard markets every week. With her laying hens, she added greenhouses and left for Sicily to be in direct contact with organic citrus growers. In 2017, not content with meeting her customers through conferences, she developed a system of self-composed baskets, direct from producer to consumer. In her store, you'll also find a range of organic spices to spice up all your recipes, a delicatessen section with soups and jams, and a fresh produce section (her father's Vaucluse goat's cheese). Good and beautiful!
