At the Arc de l'Arc, next to the butchery of the same name, a creamery cheese factory, sweet and appealing, welcomes you in the rules of cheese art. Mary works only with small selected craftsmen, the jewel of our pretty French soil to eat healthy. Here you will find cheeses from all regions of France, but also from Italy, Holland and other subtyped cheese producing countries. Fine choice in all the dough, raw, cooked, pressed, cow's milk, goat, ewe or bufflonne milk. And some pearls, including brie to truffle, pie in calvados, fresh goats coated with paprika or honey, félicien félicien… Remember that when the Italian flag is out it is that the mozzarella di bufala has arrived!
