LES BARTAVELLES
Brasserie offering recipes of the Provencal soil, concocted by Gerard and Sophie.
Who saw the sequence of Des in the Glory of my Father of Marcel Pagnol? You know the poignant images of the child with the royal partridge, the eyes of the men of the family, the father and uncle… Well, La Bastide Neuve does exist - it is not a theatre decor. And the brasserie of Gérard and Sophie is always adjacent to the house, the holiday place for the little Marcel. This is the evocative framework, the history of the cinema. Today, the chef remains faithful to Provence's land, prepares fairway, guts, feet and packages. A menu of salads, ravioli and pizzas for lunch. tables for fresh drinks. It's just good. A peaceful taste, especially on the 2nd and th of the day, when the cicadas add up to ventiler. Are their incessant stridences not more pleasant than engine sounds?
