A fine bistro-style restaurant located a stone's throw from the village of Allauch. Traditional dishes are cooked with elegance and taste in mind. The menu changes every three months or so. In the kitchen, Anthony de Filippo, a talented young chef and member of the Collège Culinaire de France and a disciple of Escoffier, lets his inspirations flow with his team. On the plate, the emphasis is on fish and seafood, and for those with a sweet tooth, an ice cream selection by Philippe Uracca (Meilleur Ouvrier de France).
