PROVENCE CHIPS
An Allaudian producer of potato chips, whose factory was founded in 1979 and whose products are now a benchmark in the field.
Founded in 1979 by André Llerena, Provence Chips has evolved considerably over the years, with a constant focus on quality and the integration of the latest production tools. His sons took over the business, and today Patrick Llerena heads the company. 750 tons of potato chips are produced every year and distributed in many countries. Allauch potato chips are 100% natural, with no added coloring or preservatives, and are the company's flagship product. Crisp, tasty and finely salted, they are prepared exclusively according to a traditional recipe. Other products include salt-free potato chips and Vitelotte potato chips, which are naturally blue.
